The Squad was wonderful! Knew what they were doing and got right to it! Professional and tidy!

If you're a busy person, it's completely worth it to have Best Buy come and install your wall mounted TV for you. The service was quick and our TV is beautiful perched on the wall.

The agent that came out to our home was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took down the television that was being returned and mounted the new LG that we purchased. He explained everything to us and answered all our questions. He even attached the sound bar we had purchased from Best Buy a while ago to the LG remote. This eliminated us having a separate remote for the sound only. He applied all the adjustments and made sure we fully understood the remote. He also took our old TV back to Best Buy since we are Beta members.

Geek Squad did a great job! All of my TVs are mounted with no wires showing. Everything is well places and secured.
