The Geek Squad did a great job installing our new wall mount TV. The install had some challenges including running wire through, but the did a great job. They even cleaned up afterward.

I bought a 85” Samsung and needed installation and old tv removal. I requested Geek Squad and not outside contractor. Louie and his team arrived on time. I asked them to use old mounting and not the new mounting bracket i also bought just in case. They worked meticulously and did accurate measurement. Then setup my remote and cleaned the area. Excellent work!! Thank you !

The agents mounted my TV and completely set it up and instructed how to operate.

We ordered a TV mount, install, and TV. We had to change the initial TV order and everything completely blew up. We had to cancel out the mount and install, not just the TV. I had to call 2-3 times to attempt to reschedule. We ended up just cancelling everything because customer service couldn't setup the install on the new TV. After we called an cancelled, we received a call back and they were able to figure out how to reschedule the mounting and TV install. I don't know what cause the problems, but it was an absolute fiasco.

I was not sure about paying $199 to mount TV to the wall and set it up, but I am really happy I did. It was a lot of measuring and took awhile to install, so I think the $199 was totally worth it!
