They were outstanding. Helpful, knowledgeable and customer friendly A great value and time saving installation.

The guys that came to mount my TV was nothing short of AWESOME. They took the time to set up the TV and explain to me all the bells and whistles.

The associate arrived on time, as promised. He handled the set up of my 40" TV quickly and efficiently. He showed me what I needed to know in order to enjoy this new item. On top of that, he cleaned up after himself and left my home almost in better shape than it was when he arrived. He was completely professional and answered all of my questions without making me feel foolish or that I was imposing on him. I rate him an excellent individual and look forward to working with Best Buy/Geek Squad for future purchases.

I like best buy, however the outside people they use is. Quite confusing.Im not going to say don't go to shop there because it's a really great store, customer service is a different story..... They need to work on compensating people for their problems that they have with deliveries

The two Geek Squad servicemen arrived. Professional setup was a breeze with their help. We learned a lot. We were not left wondering what to do before they left. These men ensured that we understood clearly what steps to take to have the best viewing system. They suggested future add-ons and made our setup experience well worth the time.

Two highly knowledgeable Geek Squad agent arrived right on time, talked me through the process, showed me where they wanted to mount the TV, and completed the process very quickly, efficiently and effectively. This is the second time we've used this service in the last 6 months, and I HIGHLY recommend it. After they completed the installation, they also cleaned everything up and gave me a great tutorial on how to use everything. The agents we had were experts in their field and also very kind and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to use this service for ANY in-home service need we might have in the future and I wouldn't consider another vendor.

Peter and his helper (I’m sorry, I forget his name) were Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to help us resolve an issue that we had with the previous television installed (bad screen) and get the new television set up and explain to us some of the differences in the technology we purchased d vs some of the other available TVs. Overall, we would gladly choose this service again and work with Pete, or other Best Buy technicians. Overall the experience was very good, damaged first tc included.
