Great service, very professional and left everything clean

Very professional and efficient. We moved one TV and installed another 3 guys did the job very quickly in less than an hour.

The techs mounted the television to my wall very neat and secured. Explained everything percise.

I did not have a Geek install. I had a outside technician who was fabulous! My mount had not come when he initially arrived and he agreed to come back later, which game me time to go buy one from Best Buy. While it was extremely disappointing that my local Best Buy had 16 of them but ordered mine from Chicago, I was pleased with the level of service I received from the technician!

This is one of best thing I did buying my Samsung Frame TV to have Geek Squad Agents install it. The agents who installed our TV did an awesome job. They asked what would make our tv viewing perfect. Then went out of their way to fill our wishes. The end result was perfect.

What is the 65" Frame TV because of the art mode feature. Since there's more to it than just turning the TV on and off I was hoping to get some help from customer service on how to work together features. The arc mode is supposed to turn on when you enter the room and turn it self off when no one is in the room but I have not been able to figure How to use this feature. I thought someone from the Geek Squad would come out and show me all the different features with this $2000 television But so far I have not been able to get any help. Very disappointed In this part of the customer service
