Danielle installed my 55 inch television. She explained in detail all my features.

I purchased an 82" TV to replace an already wall-mounted 65" TV. However, the 65" wall mount had to be replaced to account for the new TV's size and weight. I didn't want to take any chances with my new investment so I scheduled BB's in-home mounting service. I had previously picked up the Total Tech Support annual and as a perk I was able to set up the mounting service for $49. The installers arrived on-time. They were able to complete the installation within a half-hour. The mount was placed perfectly in the area I had asked for and the TV looks great.

Great picture, very clear and crisp. Functions well with remote and is voice activated. Sound is fair.
