Greek squad technician was punctual and made the process look very easy. Time from start to finish was an hour. Technician set up my TV, cable box, fire stick, and DVD player.

I are use my TV mount every day I could adjust it anyway I want and to the left and to the right it works well very stable

I was encouraged by Best Buy staff and family members to choose Samsung TVs. I am happy I did as they are easy to use and have many good features.

Gentleman did a fantastic job mounting the new T V on the wall. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. Answered any questions we had.

Had a 75in pulldown mount put above my fireplace and the crew did an excellent job. This mount is super slick and convenient.

Installers appeared to lack experience with the TCL TV and were unable to complete installation. However, subsequent corrective services solved all issues. Somewhat annoyed with initial work, but all was corrected to my satisfaction.

The installers did a great job in placing the wall mount that posed a couple of challenges. Already had the TV.

The tv is great and service was good but no room for a gray area. By now everyone has a tv mounted on the wall so if the service to install doesn't involve mounting a bracket and just switching out tv's then a charge should be available for this.

Those guys came in set everything up and they did a great job and they were very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Great installers. They knew what they were doing and didn’t waste time. They explained the new tv and showed us how to operate it. They were nice and answered all of our questions. Ezra and Stephen are the best!

Feels solid and holds my TV (55in). Install went smoothly. Only thing is it’s not the sleekest ever but it’s def fine for the job and works great.
