I had no problems. Tech was on time. Installed TV, surrond sound, Firestick, wall mount, home audio system for three 65 inch systems. Fast, knowledgeable tech.

Agent never installed cable inside wall. He left stating he had a busy schedule and I need to make another appointment for that. Manager called me back approximately a month later and said he wanted to make it right. I was out of town at the time. I called back and texted back after my trip and never got any response.

New TV and new mount were set up beautifully. 5th floor walkup apartment too!
