Agents mounted my TV and connected all my devices. Was very professional and safety was priority he kept mask on at all times.

Thanks to the Geek squad for coming and mounting my 70" in television with no problem. They were prompt, came in with the proper safety gear. (mask, covered boots) They came in and went straight to work. About 20 minutes they finished and explained the setup to us, answered all our questions and cleaned up their trash. They even told us about how to add our sounder to the tv. Awesome job guys. I def recommend if your not sure about hanging your tv.

So happy that BestBuy just install my new tv on the wall there were very professional and helpful in every step on what needed to be done when hanging a tv on the wall. They were on time and communicated with me days before and right up until they arrived. They cleaned up and answered all of my questions, I would recommend them to do work at my house anytime and I have had BestBuy tech people at my house and they are always courteous and professional at all times. And YES I would hire them again.

The Geek Squad did a a great job with installing our TV over the fireplace. They showed me how to use all the equipment. This was all done at a reasonable price.

320676746 Paid $400 to get my 55 inch tv mounted on top of a fireplace. 1. Placed the order online but the date didn’t save so had to call them back to pick a date and I lost my slot that I booked 2. Paid the extra fee to get specialized mounting but the tech (not a geek squad member) arrived with no tools for a stone wall mount 3. Had to call Geek Squad almost 5 times to get all of this straightened out as they could not cancel while the order was in progress. 4. Had to place another order and cancel the original so at one point I spent $800 while waiting for my refund 5. Finally the tech arrived and says my Mantel Mount TV Mount is something that won’t fix as they are scared of being liable for it being falling off so they sell us a mount on the spot (for some reason they had a mount on them) 6. Asked for a compensation for this horrible experience and they gave a $75 gift card for all the waste of my time they caused. 7. I would go with someone local the next time..

You cant beat Geek Squad in home installs, and TVs are no different. They did such a quick and clean job!
