Agent mounted my tv neatly and with no problems. Very professional.

Beautiful television, has a great picture. They hung it on the wall and it looks great!!! Worth every penny.

The Geek Squad showed up on the appointed day right on time. They mounted my TV on the wall, made all connections and removed the boxes.

The agent was a total professional very courteous , wore shoe covers . Went over all the components made sure everything was working properly then added the new TV in to my system ,And tested not just the TV but all components with the install Explained everything as he was going through the process then made it all work with (ONE REMOTE) Did I Already say Good Job! can't say that enough . Just don't see it Techs Like this He Did Best Buy Proud! Raise Time Baby..

Mounting is very sturdy and was easy to install. The Geek Squad installed for me but seemed easy. Have had no difficulty with it.

Great job communicating what was going to occur, Made sure I understood my options before taking action. They even checked on the status of a different mount that I had been eyeing in the store. They went back and picked it up, when it looked like the one I had purchased was going to be less than ideal. Very friendly and professional throughout.

I purchased a tv mount and in wall power kit. I had Geek squad install both. Did a great job with the installation. Since I have a Samsung tv that has the one connect box ( not rated to run wire in wall ) I asked the tech if he could install/ hide the box and wires behind the tv, he did and you would never know it’s there. Tech then reconnected all my devices/ Hdmi cables and zip tied them up to hide behind my receiver. Great Job definitely recommend them if you need a tv mount installation.

THE AGENTS CONNECTED T.V TO ALL DEVICES GREAT JOB!!! BUT APOND LEAVING MY HOME LET ME KNOW THAT IF I WANTED 4K PICTURE QUALITY IT WOULD COST ME.SO IT'S NOT CLEAR ON COST OR PICTURE QUALITY JUST THANK IT WOULD BE A GOOD STARTING TALK NOT A WALKING OUT THE DOOR STATMENT.

The was a large time frame window for their arrival but I was informed the entire time. Upon arrival hey put covers over their shoes to not mess up the floor and were patient as my wife was uncertain as to where to have it mounted. Once the placement was decided they were quick and courteous and ensured that no mess was left behind. I will be using them in the future if I need another tv mounted.
