The agent were the best . Many thanks for mounting my tv for me , I am one person who sucks at DIY Zane ain’t no way I would have been able to lift the tv on my own anyway.

Had GeekSquad come and take my tv down and remount it in a different location in my house. It is a 85” TV. Whoever did the install (I was not here, my wife was) either missed the stud, or over tightened the bolts. My drywall wall started to cave in. I contacted bestbuy and the soonest they would come and take the TV down was 3 weeks later and by then the TV would have likely hit the floor. I asked if there was anything sooner as I’ve had children in my house as well as pets. The answer was no. I then had to contact someone else to help get the TV down. We started the insurance claim and was told I would hear from them within 72 hours. No phone call, no email, nothing. I then reached back out to them stated they let them know and to look for an email, and the email never came. I was then told that I would need to front the bill to have the wall fixed and then send the bill to their insurance. Again, I find that unacceptable as I should not be responsible for their mistake.here I am almost 5 weeks later and still no communication.

On time. They made a couple of great suggestions for the mounting and you could tell they had a great amount of experience. They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Well done. Very satisfied.

The product installation went well. One of the Geek squad members (I think the younger one) stated he would vacuum the place before leaving. However, he left my place quickly moments later without vacuuming. I thought it was strange until I realized he left a pin from his vacuum cleaner lodged in my wall socket (picture below). He ran off before I could realize anything was wrong. That is unprofessional and causes a safety hazard for anyone who might try to take it out.

The Geek Squad was excellent!!! The TV is the best I’ve ever seen. The sound is incredible, the mount is Unreal! I love it!!!! I made it crooked not them. All straightened out.

The agents installed the power system hidden in the wall, installed the wall Mount added the 82” television made all the necessary connections, and set up everything. Powered up the Xfinity DVR BOX, BLUERAY PLAYERS and went through remote set ups with us.

Kwaton was great! He was very friendly and did his job so well. I was so happy with the service, he went above and beyond and even assisted my mom with hanging up some wall art. Thank you Geek Squad!

Installation was performed professionally with excellent explanation of what was done, how to properly use the equipment and even added value in helping to hide wiring and accessories so they wouldn’t detract from appearance.

I have no problem with it One of the best things that I really like about this but they have great products. Oh you’re teasing you have warranty and the price is right

Techs knew the ins and outs of prepping my tv with a flush mount kit. They took their time to do it right and cleaned up all mess and took away all trash. Even provided some calibration advice once tv was perfectly mounted and square. Thanks Geek Squad!!

Though all my device set up is simple, the technicians insured that the televisions were set and operational. Their professional thoroughness was great. They leveled the mount perfectly and wanted to make s sure it was too our specifications.
