The Geek Squad came to our rescue. After dealing with service people with no expertise, finally getting the geek squad was all we needed. They were great. Worked until they got my tv up and working and stayed beyond the work hours to explain how to use it. I highly recommend our geek squad team! They did an excellent job. From now on I will only use the the geek squad for my electronics needs.

Installers did a great job installing 4 total TV’s - even zip tied my AppleTV’s to the back so it’s a very clean looking install.

The Geek Squad installation guys were A+!! This rating is for them. The process of getting them to the house was frustrating in every way. It was scheduled 4 times, two of which I stayed home from work and both appointments were no shows. The third appointment was bumped one day as well. On the phone 4 separate times. 46 minutes 42, 23 and another short call.
