They are one of the best to wall mount and support.

My experience was seamless. The two gentlemen were very polite. They did a wonderful job of measuring and placing the tv on the wall. They were very neat!

I do not recommend using their TV mounting/installation services. Just buy the products and hire someone else if you don't want to install it yourself. Scheduling and appointment coordination is very disorganized. I scheduled the installation and was given a timeframe window, but nobody ever showed up. I had to call several times throughout the day, and each time I was told they would be there in 20 minutes. They never showed up the entire day. I then had to re-schedule, and the soonest they could schedule was 2 weeks later. That installation did go well, which is why I gave 2 stars - but it was definitely not worth the headache and frustration.

Matt Brady and his assistant were efficient and very knowledgeable. Set up CEC to my receiver so TV is master and still have my Dolby setup. Also passed through my receiver to my DVD player. Super.

Most professional service I have encountered. The guys installed two TVs in an hour and tucked my cables, answered my questions and were extremely knowledgeable. One of the TVs was a 65” inch and in extremely thin and needed care being installed flush to the wall. The other was installed over shiplap. My recommendation is to purchase the Best buy total tech support if you are installing several items in the house as it will come out cheaper and offers lots of perks.

They mounted and set up my TV with no problems and in less than 20 minutes

The techs paid a lot of attention to detail, particularly the centering of the mount and alignment of the TV in the mount. They also ran the cables cleanly so there's very little clutter. My order included installation of the sound bar, but the sound bar I had didn't come with a mounting bracket and the techs didn't have one in their truck, so they were unable to mount it. However they recommended one that would work for my setup. After I bought the bracket I had them come back and they completed the install.
