the agents mounted my tv with ease explained everything and came on time

Agents did a wonderful job mounting my last two TVs

They wall mounted my 55 inch tv. They did a good job but it took quite a while and they did not ask me if i wanted more cords to be hidden behind the tv so now i have to take the tv off the wall to made extra hook ups.

The agents mounted my TV, and got everything connected and up and running.

Installers are very professional and clean and really did a nice job on a complicated install. Very impressed. Will always use geek squad in future.

Every service I have had from Best Buy has been excellent. The staff are very professional. They notify you multiple times via text and email of their arrival and reminders about the appointment. Everyone has been so nice and it was such a great job and I would highly recommend the geek squad.

Good job by Geeks , except one of the TV" in the bedroom comes on by it self when watching the new 70 inch???

The agent was very pleasant and mounted the TV and then disinfected all the surfaces he had touched. Also adjusted the TV settings.

We have always had good Geek Squad service, but this team was exceptional! Very courteous, knowledgeable and organized! This team worked so efficiently together and took the time to answer all questions in a very understanding manner. Just the best we have ever had…and we’ve had a lot!!!! Nicholas headed up the team..there was a gal, I wish I could remember her name and a trainee, which they really were great teachers for the trainee. Simply the best team!

She also did an outstanding job of explaining to me, a total new technology idiot, how to use it. I am a happy streaming camper.
