Geek Squad installed and hung my new tv in my office...no fuss , no muss....

The tech guys did what they could to install my new TV but it turned out I needed a new cable box (thanks, Comcast, for letting me know in advance!). I had some trouble with the sound and picture once I got the new box, and Geek Squad actually came back (I have a contract) and adjusted everything. Also recommended a sound bar.

the geek squad has installed 2 tvs for me and both experiences were wonderful - the men were on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable about what they were doing.

My philosophy is if you're buying a Porsche, you take it to the Porsche dealer -- you don't do the car work yourself. We had our new 65" TV professionally installed (wall mounted) and set up because the money to know it was done correctly and wouldn't come off the wall (and the work warranted) was well worth it. Also got some good tips, like getting a 4K cable box to get the most out of our new TV. Its always uncomfortable having workers in your home, but this hour is worth the inconvenience and the installers were courteous, friendly and took all the boxes and trash when they left!

The team was quick, cleaned up behind themselves, mounted the tv and tested it to make sure it worked. Great experience!
