I have mix experience with Geek Squad. The 1st installation of my LG 77 TV was not level. Geek Squad of course sent someone to adjust the installation which I appreciated. My 2nd encounter on getting an in-home consultation on cameras had been bad. There were 2 no show. And finally 2 technicians showed up after I complained. Now that I wanted to install, supposedly another project person will need to come and assess how and where to install. This project person never called me! I can say that Best Buy does honor price guarantee, but this is all they do best. Service quality is less desirable.

It extends so far off the wall and pivots wherever I need it go so I can watch my TV from anywhere in my apartment. It’s a great addition to my 55” TV

It was a really great experience! Two techs came and it took less than one hour. I need to call about the soundbar though- some times it just is out of synch- others, it is just fine.

The tv was installed on the drywall with the purchased Sony original bracket. All connections were done such as ps4, Panamax voltage regulator. It is unfortunate that the Legrand wall outlet extension purchased at Best Buy was not installed in the Austin apartment as the tech said it is not included in the drywall standard install. It would have taken them jut a few minutes as the drywall had no obstacles. Nonetheless I am still overall satisfied with the install. I will just install the Legrand wall outlet myself when I visit the apartment in the future.

The Best Buy technicians installed the wall mount and left me with a very clean installation with no unsightly wires.

The two men who were the Geek squad were thorough, respectful, neat, professional in every way. I recommend this service through the Bristol, VA store very highly.

Love it love it!!! The picture is so good you feel like you are looking at the real thing not a picture. 65 is a great size. not too big not to small.

Entire experience with Best Buy employees was great from research, purchase and installation. Technicians that installed went above and beyond to make sure we got what we expected.

It would be nice if the installers had a routine that they walk through with new clients. Something with the most commonly used settings and maybe some materials to refer back to. It sucks having to call the geek squad for every little thing.
