The two people that you sent with my new tv were not very knowledgeable. Supposedly they were here only to deliver the television and not set it up. When I spoke to the person on the phone he told me that they would set up Deliver set it up and program that didn't happen basicallyI had to do myself

The agents took down two old TVs and installed two new TVs in two different rooms. Plus they installed Apple TV and set up my stereo system which had been in storage for a couple of years and ran the main TV through my stereo components and a new universal remote control that they programmed. I’m very pleased with the video effects and the audio effects. The place was left clean and tidy. Agents were very personable and gave me easy to understand instructions. Great service!

The third party install was fantastic they showed up just like stated. Geek squad was terrible! They pushed my install 3 times. Call customer service 5 times hung up and lost call 5 times. Told 2 different reasons why install was impossible. Unless pickup at store is possible will not use Bestbuy again

I was very happy with my service to mount the TV and Best Buy service made sure to ask me what I wanted and cleaned up after.

Best Buy always comes thru for me when I need them. The install of my new tv was fast and efficient and believe me, they knew what they were doing.

Have had several TVs mounted on the walls of my home. The Geek Squad does an excellent job in presenting options and the installation.

The team of two mounted our tv, dusted/cleaned the whole area and reconnected all of our devices.

I’m only giving a 4 because when the installers came out the first time, the tv would turn on but that was it. The installer told me it’s the remote and I had to go back to Best Buy (40 miles away) and they’d switch it out. I got another remote and the same thing. Best Buy came out again two weeks later with a new tv but all they had to do was pair it to the tv. A 5 minute fix. I feel they should have made sure on the first delivery that when they left I had an operable tv but I didn’t. Also, for the customer to have to go back and exchange a part is inexcusable.

The agents were very good. They showed up at the right time and mounted my new TV. They did a wonderful job.

The agents worked quickly and did a good job installing the tv mount. The extra cost of the Best Buy mount was slightly overpriced as compared to ordering the same mount elsewhere.
