The geeks did a wonderful job setting everything up and assisting us by helping us to figure it all out

The crew that came to my house were awesome. They mounted my television and calibrated the speaker system.

Arrived on time and was done in less than an hour. Hung the tv plugged in all my devices and done. Easy as that

The two gentlemen who delivered and installed my 85" TV were professional and efficient. They took the time to measure and help assess where the best location on the wall for proper viewing. The one disappointment was their inability to run the power and cable wires down behind the wall. They said they didn't have the materials necessary to do this but prior to the appointment I call on two occasions to confirm this would be done.

The geek squad team showed up right one time and had the TV hung on the wall in minutes. Paying extra for this service was 100% worth it.

Alexis was very professional, friendly and thorough. He was so patient, thoughtful and clear when he was giving me instructions about my new TV. I'm a retired educator and, and Alexis reminded me the excellent teachers I met during my career. He'd make an excellent teacher!

I cannot say enough good things about the Geek Squad and their installation. Extremely professional and friendly, and they took care of all the installation while I sat on the couch waiting for our TV system to go live. The had the old TV removed and the new 65" UHD Vizio TV installed very quickly and set up the TV so I dod not have to figure things out.
