I have used Geek Squad several times and they have never let me down. Randall is simply outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and always pleasant.

The two Geek Squad servicemen did a fine, efficient job of installing my 65 inch TV using the heavy duty, pivoting rack that I had purchased from Best Buy. They were very pleasant and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. This was an installation on a concrete wall, so drilling into it took a bit of time. They also hooked everything back up (FIOS and other devices) and showed me how to use the new system. I was very satisfied. While the installation was not cheap, I would definitely use them again in a similar circumstance.

Ive had 7 TVs installed in the last week and I have not been disappointed yet. Their service is impeccable, quick and clean.
