Geek squad perfection!

Make sure you ask specifically for the geek squad and not the third-party vendor. Vendor was a horrible experience.my installers were Josh and Zach from the geek squad and they were amazing. Installation was pristine. I would not trust my 86 inch TV to anyone else!

Installed my television courteously.

Said if i had any other problems they would come back to help. Called for help with setting up channels, which got confusing between the Amazon and ROKU billing and sining in to apps that are free on Anazon but being charged by Roku.. im not tech savy, im old, frustrated, and did not like reaching out for help and being told i dont qualify for home service. I also bought the protection plan and Geek squad plans. Too little human contact when i called for help.
