The wall mounting was an after thought but very glad I purchased it. TV is at the proper eye level and at the right angle for viewing. Mount does not show.

The agent mounted the TV exactly where I specified. Made all adjustments necessary to insure a good quality installation.

They were professional, friendly and efficient. They adjusted the mount since the TV was taller and hooked up all the peripherals. They were able to explain how to work the remote and answered all my questions

My Geek Squad set up for my new TV was awesome. The technician came in, unpacked the TV, hung it on the wall and then set it up. What more could you ask for. We asked if we could help him and he said no, he had it. What a great team and technician. Listen if your buying an electronic, like a TV, get the Total Tech Package. They do everything for you.

The Geek Squad technicians were just awesome. Bradford contacted me the day before my appt and helped me save money even before he got to my house!! And the 2nd tech was so helpful in getting so many of my electronics hooked to the WiFi and the TV. They couldn’t have been any more professional or excellent in their jobs. Both were very knowledgeable and courteous. A great asset to Best Buy family.

After being rescheduled 3 times, the install finally took place and the 2 installers were exceptional. They came in, installed in a timely matter and they were out. Tanya the manager of the Madison, TN Best buy store was phenomenal in handling the issue I was having in receiving the tv stand.

The agents came in and quickly reinstalled my TV. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. The first one had a factory defect and Best Buy couldn't have been better in replacing it. Everything about this transaction was flawless !!! Will never buy any of my home theater needs elsewhere !!! 50 out of 10 !!!

First time having a TV mounted over the fireplace. Was a little hesitant as I thought it would be too high. I am enjoying having the extra room in the living room . The placement works well with my furniture placement. The installer arrived as scheduled and had the job completed quickly.

Both groups of two that came out were great, especially Antony on the second group. Great people.

Technicians arrived within scheduled time; they were polite; TV was mounted at the height I specified; they did not leave a mess; and it appeared that they did an excellent job. However, recently when I went to add a device to the TV, I had to pull the TV out from the wall to plug in the device, at that point, I realized that out of the four bolts that were used to mount the wall mount that only three were installed. I noticed this because one corner of the mount was not flush to the wall. After feature investigation, I could tell that the whole they drilled was misaligned so they did not screw in the bolt. Also, I asked them to put the bolts in the slot on the mount that allow you to slide it from right to left they did not do that. Next time, I will be sure to inspect any mounting before they actually put the TV on it.
