It was great having the two Geek Squad members mount my 75" TV. They moved my old wall mount to a better position for the new TV. They had a tough time getting the ARC connection to work while they were here, and ended up connecting with an audio cable. After I had the TV a while I was missing the surround sound features and tried an HDMI cable again in the ARC port, and it worked just fine. I think it had something to do with the TV, not the installers.

Two guys came and hauled up the TV to the second floor. They set it up on our wifi, showed us the modes for cable, fire stick and the TV apps. Did a great job cleaning up. They were here about two hours putting together the console, wall mount, TV and soundbar.

Very professional and timely! Great install and I am glad we did it.

I’d read some review about how the people who would install others TVs were rude or hadn’t really done a great job. I was worried I would have someone like that especially since I had mine scheduled on Christmas Eve but that’s not my experience. The man who did my TV was very nice. He called me and told me his arrival time and got there quickly. We talked as he set everything up and it only took maybe 15-20 minutes if that. So far I’m happy with everything.

We really love the TV for our home office. Samsung picture quality is amazing and having the extra apps is a plus!

The geek squad mounted my television putting the wires inside the wall, and it looks great. They also cleaned up the mess which I appreciated.

The agents modified my TV and connected it to most of my components however, two components were left unconnected. They said they would return with a piece of that they needed when we gave them a call. We gave them a call on several occasions, but received no response. Further, the remote control is not working to this full extent; we will bring it in for evaluation.

The team was very professional and quick. They made a point of cleaning up after themselves.
