Two agents worked hard to mount the TV on the wall and ensure the TV was working.

They attached the mount to the wall after we discussed where I wanted it. They were patient and friendly, quick and clean.

Leon and the other gentleman i forgot his name my apologies did a wonderful job and gave excellent customer service, they explained to me how to move around the tv with it being attached to the wall mount as well as how to set up my WiFi, very kind, They attempted to come early and I fell asleep on them by mistake and they still came back in a timely manner, need more customer service like these guys.

Cody and Clinton were very professional. They removed our old TV and mounted our new LG flat screen which had been delivered via FED EX. Unfortunately, during shipping the TV screen broke. So, Cody located another TV that was in stock and came back within an hour to complete the installation.

Worth purchasing the Total rewards membership as this service was free with the purchase of my new TV. They helped with unboxing, setting up the TV with thr legs and placing it where it needed to go. They also tested a few things making sure the TV worked before they left!

I have every plan Best Buy makes I'm sure but the plan that allows me 24/7 online support and $49 install is by far my favorite feature. My only issue with the install was that the mount I had previously purchased elsewhere did not work with this particular TV but they said they had one on the truck and I could buy it for $70, twice what the one I had cost, but I needed it installed then. The mount does not come out from the wall or swivel or tilt and it makes it impossible to get my hand behind the TV to insert HDMI cables. My bad for not knowing all mounts won't work with all TV's.
