The two Geek Squad installers from Best Buy installed the new TV mount on my wall & attached the TV. The mount is very substantial & tilts forward so I can see the TV without cranking my neck. The installers were efficient & respected my home. They did an excellent & professional job & I'm very happy with the work they completed.

The agents mounted the TV and all external devices. Verified things worked as expected and when it was discovered the TV's build in Network adapter wasn't working offered to drive to Bestbuy and pick up an Apple TV so we could by-pass the TV's adapter.

Great communication in advance of their arrival. Arrived when they said they would. Very polite and courteous. Installed the TV mount and 77" TV exactly where we wanted it. They helped us set up the TV and soundbar and made sure we were comfortable on how to operate everything before they left. They cleaned up, and took all the packing material with them. A very positive experience overall.

JJ and her colleague did an excellent job mounting a Samsung frame tv. I had ordered a wall box to mount the control box of the frame tv but it was too big for the space behind the tv. JJ came back after a week to make sure that the control box was properly installed after I ordered a smaller box.
