6th time I've used GS in the last 4 years: 4 for installs in different places and twice for failing hard disk on a computer. This one was particularly good: an SSD disk that the GS installed just about a year ago was failing. Still a few days from warranty expiration, the GS replaced the SSD at no cost and, because of a price reduction on the same SSD, I got a $21 store credit back. Another great job by the GS.

The installer said he needed an additional 120.00 to do the job, because it was a "special" install. Said the app didnt work so i had to pay cash or check made out to him. Its on the wall thats why i gave stars... got took by a crook

The gentleman who set up my television took great measures not to damage my home and property. He explained the pros and cons to my mounting options. He wore shoe covers and ensured the collegues he asked to assist also wore shoe covers.
