The agents came right on schedule and were very professional and neat, they performed all that was expected.

The agent quickly mounted my TV and then set it up according to the protocol: connected to internet and made sure that my apps had transferred. Once completed, he went over the process of accessing the apps, asked for questions, and then gave friendly advice based on my questions.

The technicians mounted my tv and made sure everything worked as it should.

The company that came to install was great and tried their best to compensate for the mess Best Buy and Geek Squad created. Geek Squad did not come it was a third party. We purchased our 75 inch was told they were coming to install on a Wednesday as well as picking up and disposing 2 other TVs. Wednesday came they did not install nor did they take the TVs to dispose. We gave specific instructions that the 2 TVs were large. They came saw the TVs and said they were too large and were not going to pick up. I called waited hours to get someone to reschedule me for a Sun. Sunday came they picked up the TVs but still did not install. Install was moved to Monday. Monday came and without notifying me they rescheduled for another day. At this point I’m beyond furious and just want a refund. My husband works for Walmart and could have gotten a better deal but but decided to pay a little more bc the TV was supposedly in stock. After requesting to speak to several managers and NEVER getting a call back after being promised I will NEVER shop at Best Buy or add on Geek Squad. Worst experience!!!

Paul, the "Lead Geek", and his assistant showed-up as scheduled. They were professional, effective, efficient, and most importantly, they were personable. They mounted our 65" Samsung, along with the Samsung sound bar, exactly where we wanted it, and verified all systems worked as intended. We could not be happier with their service.

The agents were thorough and explained every step. They took extra care to make sure the tv was the viewing height I wanted Highly recommend!

I needed my 36" tv mounted on to the wall. The Best Buy person did a good job and was very friendly. However, he wasn't able to program the tv because the remote had batteries that sat in it for 2 years and the batteries were bad. So, unfortunately I paid for this service but didn't get it done for me. My fault, but very frustrating!
