Yes, good protection and service overall. I know little about computers and printers, appliances but manage to keep mine alive with stuff like this and best buy. The agents they send are always 100% sharp and knowledgable. worth every dollar. NO STREsS. Hire a professional. I live in a hard to reach place in the city. Apple products are hard to find a tech for. This does the job.

We've had two tvs installed, including the wall mount. Both teams were excellent, careful, answered questions, etc. etc.

Geek squad came to remove my 40” TV from the wall mount and put up my 55” TV in its place. They also hooked up my new 65” TV. AWESOME!!

Agents mounted all TV (6) in less that 3 hours, including one that required drilling into ledge stone. All look great.

Technicians arrived promptly after first giving me a call. They took all precautions and follow protocol due to the Covid 19 pandemic. The mounting of the TV wall bracket went smoothly without any problems. After the TV was mounted the tech showed me how to use the remote and explained the different functions of the remote.
