It gets done well the first time. I moved into a new home and needed to install several TVs and thermostats so I put the Geeks to work. No disappointments. The clearer you are with your uses of the Sevices after install, the more helpful the agent will be with getting you ready to use it the second they walk out. They can program your remotes. They will connect you to WiFi. They will help you setup you app credentials. I know they have some limits but if you ask, you will likely get.

The agents were totally professional and personable. They not only installed the new television and sound bar but also moved the old television to a new location and installed. During installation they discovered that there was a serious wiring problem. They had to rewire the whole wall area for safety reasons. They accomplished all this effectively and efficiently. The GEEK squad not only setup the new sets but perhaps saved my life!

He had a little difficulty due to uneven wall studs thanks to my builder, but worked through options and ended up with a solution that was better than my original idea. This gut exceded any service tech ever
