Definitely recommend Geek Squad. Dwayne went out of his way to make the experience better. We had a problem with first tv but we corrected the problem within a week.

The Geek Squad did a great job at installing my 75” TV on the wall and we’re very professional and friendly!

Great service and install was fast and looks so good.

The technicians were very helpful and efficient during the installation. I was even given some helpful tips on the setup of my receiver as well. Kudos!

They're ok I had surgery 3 months ago but if You can probably do it yourself and save some money

They were prompt and did the job quick and very well done!

We usually hire a handyman to get all of her work done around the house when we purchased the TV Best Buy. They offered the service and they said that we would get service from the geek squad. It sounded good so we decided to go for it. However, the service we received was not what they advertised. The workers I came to the house were rude. Did not wear a uniform and were definitely not Best Buy employees. They didn’t finish the work on time on the first day so they came back a couple days later the TV that they installed are not properly installed. One of them is tilted and the other one was meant to be flushed against the wall and it is not. The third, we did not let them finish because they made a hole in the drywall . It was an overall terrible experience. This would be our last time installation from Best Buy.

If I could have rated less than 1 star I would have. Absolutely horrible - don’t ever let them trick you into the 3rd party company. They over-charge, lie and then cut off communication with you. I have the new version of Total Tech and will be cancelling. Best Buy please get your act together! Still sitting here 3 days later with no TV.

Exceptional customer service. They observed proper social standards for covid19. They were complete professionals as they put up the TV.
