the techs came in set it up and were in and out in no time - they went over the tv all the tricks and even called back to make sure everything was still good a couple of days later. You would never know they were in the house.

Geek Squad mounted the tv but he had to go back to Best Buy and get the correct wall mount. I had purchased the wrong type. He did the install in minimal time. He was preficient in everything he did. I do recommend Best Buy Geek Squad home installation service.

Geek Squad delivered and installed my 60" Samsung TV, from Best Buy. The Tech showed up on time, 12;30 pm (Service window was 12 noon until 8pm) and promptly unboxed the TV, then removed the old TV from the TV mount and installed the new TV. The Tech was efficient and timely with his movements and knowledge regarding my questions. A very positive experience from beginning to end.
