The installation was a breeze. I now have my dresser space back as the TV was blocking the mirror.

These guys are amazing. This is my second time using them. They were able to mount the TV, connect it through my existing surround sound system, and do a complete setup within about 2 hours. All packaging, debris and old TV were removed. Can’t say enough good about their professionalism.

Geek squad finished the installation of my TV to my satisfaction after the third party did a lousy job.

Your two employees were awesome. They had my tv installed above my door in a very short time. They even showed me how to hide the cords. In this small bedroom, I wanted it so I can lay in bed and not have to use pillows to watch tv. I hated adjusted my body so I could watch tv that would be mounted on a side wall. They also cleaned up and were so great at sharing user information.

I purchased a new TV for my uncle For Christmas2020 and almost forgot that I had one a warranty on it geek squad was amazing when they came out and I will continue to pay for the new geek squad service because they do do a great job amazing work

We love our Geek Squad agents. They have gone overboard with their hospitality. You can ask them anything related to computer knowledge or TV expertise and they will have the answer or will find out for you. Our brand new router was not working right while they were here. So without a question, Derrick took it back to the store and returned with a brand new unit. We were within warranty so no charge . Yes we love our Geek Squad!
