I got the LG 65 inch OLED Gallery TV. The box was too large for my Avalon to fit! These guys delivered, mounted and got the TV up and running in no time. They knew exactly what to do and worked as a team. As they say, "I can sit back and watch work for hours" and did so with a cup of good mocha. Everything went perfect.

The agents were very kind and quickly swapped out my TVs and installed them. My only issue was when they reconnected everything, they could not get some of the functions to work properly and could not return all my settings to what they were previously. I had to factory restart several of my devices and log back in to several applications. It was very time consuming.

TV mounted beautifully over fireplace. Can watch from j=kitchen and anywhere in family room. Would recommend geek squad install.

They showed up 4 people for my job to put 85" TV on wall at 10 feet hight I tried before but un able to get it up and geek squad people finish the job in 30 minute lol I wasted 5 days for nothing

I am giving this 5 stars in the case that it affects the wonderful installers directly. However, I was under the impression while ordering the television online that this service included parts such as a wall mount. Best Buy needs to fix that on their site.
