Agents were awesome. They listened to my problems with my earlier mounting and fixed several issues I had when I tried to mount my own tv in the past. Wish it were cheaper though considering I’m elite plus and a member — and since I bought the tv from BB initially. They gave me no discount or anything other than the basic % off for paying $200/year for the total tech membership.

Install went well, mounted good job. just had wrong wall mount first time they came out. had to wait another 3 days to get it installed. I believe the whole thing was a lack of communication in-house.

The Geek Squad who delivered and installed my new 65 in LG TV did an excellant job with installation and then explaining the features of the TV, They explained how to use the remote to go to the Smart TV features. This is the fourth or fifth TV I had installed by them. Only way to go.
