Hubby and i are techno illiterate, so we REALLY appreciate the Best Buy Geeks! We finally bought a digital television, so we may watch Netflix in our bedroom. (We have Dish, so the analog televisions just never give up! Relegated that analog tv to the guest room.) Justin & Teto explained everything to us, and even helped us decide we really didn't need a sound bar or extra speakers. We enjoy this new tv. We are going to ask for Justin & Teto next time.

I bought a new Samsung 82" TV from Best Buy. I didn't want to risk damaging it. So I had the Geek Squad come out and install the wall bracket and TV. They sent out 2 guys, they were both professional, polite, and fast. After watching these guys work and struggle a bit. I'm REALLY happy I paid them to do it, because I probably would have struggled with it for hours. They even cleaned and swept not only the work area, but the path all the way back to the front door. 5 Star Service!
