Installers did well, professional, neat/clean and made sure I was happy prior to their departure.

I would recommend. Workers came on time. Took old TV away. Installed TV first. They connected what they could because my new TV did not have all the outlets I needed. The Doorbell was installed fast. I had purchased the Ring doorbell from HSN and had BestBuy install. Works great. I was able to get the services at a reduced price because of the total protection service I purchased for $199. Very happy overall and would do it again.

Best Buy says they want to give the best service possible, well in this instance I think they did just that.

The geek squad agent mounted my 55 in., Sony Bravia XR OlED TV to my bedroom wall.

I can’t give you a 5 or even a 4 star rating, even though the service was spectacular. The ridiculous price to hang TVs, purchased from Best Buy, is simply too high. The old Total Tech Support was a way better benefit.

The geek squad technicians did a great job with the installation of my QN90A. The whole process went smoothly, very efficiently and the wall mounting was clean and precise. I would have drilled like 10 extra holes on the wall if I had done it by myself.

The agent Damien was very pleasant. he called the night before install and kept me updated on the day of. While he was in my home he cared about my hardwood flooring and wore protective booties. He was friendly and answered all the questions I had. If I ever have another install I hope to get Damien again,

Alex and Bobby did an excellent job by relocating my existing 85” TV to a higher position on my wall. They were both very courteous and friendly. They also installed another TV in a bedroom and took the time to go over all the features. Both Alex and Bobby went above the call of duty, keep up the excellent job.
