When making the appt, I noted the size of the large tv. The tech called as scheduled but the size was not noted in the job description. He went above and beyond to find another 2 person crew able to install the tv within the original appointment time slot. They installed quickly. Took away the box. Programmed tv with home theater system. They even called a few days later to make sure everything was working.

The agent who mounted my tv was great and 2 yrs latervmy tv is still mounted and my kids are rough so I am happy

After purchasing a 65 inch flat screen from a different store, we were concerned with hanging this on the wall as it is concrete and more of a project than I would want to take on. It is always an adventure trying to find someone in the yellow pages that does good work/reliable/decent price. Geek Squad to the rescue! They showed up right on time, they were professional, and they were finished in no time at all! The TV has held up so far and we couldn't be happier!

After completing installation they completed tuning it and then reviewed all controls and settings.

If customer service was this good with all my appliances I would have no troubles at all with buying with confidence. The Geek Squad is the best and the only fault I have with Best Buy is in the store. In the store they only have one antiquated wheelchair for the handicapped. No riders...shame on you Best Buy. I'm not sure with your size and sales volume if you are violating the ADA law. You need to check and be sure.

Installed wall bracket and also put TV up. They also shared how to operate .

I was sold the wrong bracket for my TV, but the Geek Squad representative help to solve the issue and installed my TV. Everyone I spoke to on the phone said that they couldn't do anything, that I needed to make a trip back into the Bradley store. The rep interviend, spoke to his manager and the issue was solved without my going back to the Bradley store. I'm glad the rep went out of his way to fix the problem, and saved me the trip and additional time loss.

This was a God send. Both my partner and I work full time and have 2 kids. I am not very handy and this service with the total tech membership has been excellent for me when I bought a new home. We are using It frequently to set up various devices and appreciate the expertise the guys show.

The 2 guys did a great job installing and setting up my TV mount, TV and Tivo. They even got my older surround sound speakers to work with the system. The mount I purchased was not quite right for centering the install and they had the better option in the van. My HDMI cables were too short but they had the right ones in the van. The cables are tied up and tidy.....everything is REAL pro. They made getting the new TV installed quick and easy. Wish I had them to install my other systems.

The agents were helpful, kind, considerate and took care of everything we could possibly ask for. I was not home at the time and they perfectly explained everything to my wife and helped her very easily replace some faulty hardware that we had. Well worth the cost!
