The two guys that installed my huge Tv on my wall in my man cave did a great job

The Tech mounted the TV to brick. He had all the necessary equipment and expertise to mount the TV quickly and made sure it was functioning properly. The TV will be used for streaming only so the Tech made sure the connection was correct. Very happy with the installation.

For a big TV (75" in this case) in an upstairs room, this service is well worth the price, unless you have a helper. Getting it up the stairs and onto the wall is a two person job, no matter how clever you are. These TVs are big, heavy, expensive and fragile. Two caveats: 1. Specify a Geek Squad crew rather than a third-party crew; 2. Make sure everything is connected and working before they leave, or you might spend your time fiddling with connections and pairing.

I have had TVs, appliances installed never any worries, excellent work, above and beyond! Love the service!!!!!!

Would highly recommend them The only odd thing was l selected the 7:00am window to 1:00 pm and was told on by the installer that he didn’t even start until 9:00 As it was they didn’t start until 12:45 just fifteen minutes before the window expired Why does Best Buy offer a 7:00am window when they don’t have the staff start until 9:00am

He was really good. Knew exactly what to do. I would never have figured it out. Showed me how to use the new remote and was very patient.
