The stand is excellent, except the man who put it together for me had to use other screws that he had brought with him. The service technician from The Geek Squad was excellent. He was an expert!

Very complex order executed beautifully. The Geek Squad arrived with some items that were purchased in the store that were not compatible mounts for my new televisions and I thought for sure I would have to reschedule the install. But not the case! They drove to the store during a power outage and picked up the right items and completed the install. Very impressed.

I needed this wall mount for putting my TV up. The Geek Squad people assembled it.

Your team members that were sent out to program our 85" TV and set up our Logitech Harmony All In One remote were excellent. We had Ky and a female Agent in training and two other Agents that were absolutely wonderful. Full of information and suggestions that my husband and I as seniors could understand. We hope to hsve the same Agents out as soon as we purchase a digital receiver to replace our analog receiver.

The Geek Squad mounted it on my wall. They routed the One Connect cable through my wall conduit. I did not need instruction in connecting it to my smart devices, but that all worked right away. I continue to be a loyal Best Buy customer. I would not buy this anywhere else.
