The two techs Dan and Chris were the BEST!!! They were very professional, polite, quick and very knowledgeable about product, installation, Best Buy programs, technology, computers etc. They hung my television and cleaned up and disposed of unwanted boxes. I just recently moved into my house and am still getting organized. I will definitely request them to come back to hang my other televisions when ready.

Everything was great, except I need to call them back & have them lower my TV more, because of my disabilities it pains me to have to look up, I need the tv to be eye level. Other that that the two gentlemen that came were extremely knowledgeable & quick,I mean quick... ☺️ Thanks Geek Squad. Please be expecting a call from me. ☺️

Total professional job. They arrived on time. Came inside to see where I wanted the tv mounted. They got their tools and went to work. They hung the tv as close as they could to where I wanted it hung. With an 82” tv they insist on mounting it on 2 studs inside the wall. Anything short of that they can’t mount it. And they can’t hide the wires inside the wall do to fire code regulations. However they do dress the wire connections nice and neat so they aren’t Flailing around all over the place. I’m going to order wire wrap from Amazon to cover the exposed wiring. All and all the geek squad did an outstanding job on this project. They were as accommodating as they could be. Very nice and friendly geeks!

I recently hired Geek Squad to install a television on a wall in my apartment, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. From the initial inquiry to the completion of the job, the entire process was a breeze. The technicians arrived promptly, were courteous and professional, and completed the installation efficiently and with great attention to detail.

excellent service! The two gentlemen arrived ahead of time, and were very polite and knowledgeable. They consulted with me about the height that I would like the TV mounted, found the studs in the wall and gave me my horizontal hanging options, and have the TV mounted all in less than an hour. They offered to set up the TV, But due to this being a Samsung TV with the Smart things app set up, I could easily complete the step myself. I would definitely use the service again. Note: I did not opt to conceal my cables as I am still purchasing peripherals including a sound bar. I will conceal the cables later.

There were two guys that came out to mount and install my 85 inch TV. They were both personable and answered all my questions and did a very good job with their work.

The tech that came to our house to install our massive tv was great! Friendly and showed us how to use it and helped set it up. Cleaned up after himself. He was really great.

The installers did an excellent job of mounting the TVs in my home. They would ask how high I wanted them mounted before they began the work. When they were done with the installation they spent time with me to make sure everything worked properly and that I understood how the remotes worked.

The techs were very professional and treated our TV with care. They were informative of what they were doing and were able to answer all questions.

The agents were quick, wore booties, and even took the box when they left. Installed tv on table top with mount that i provided. The tv was a 77 inch so it was very useful.

The tv mounting was well done with the professional squad of 2 people. Problem is that by the time tv installed, too late to return or for any recourse. Left protective tape on edges so tv protected for handling during installation. After installation, removed films and have 2 dents with color stripped and shiny metal showing in the front of the tv. Best Buy would not exchange or offer any recourse despite getting Best Buy protection and total tech? Called both Best Buy and store and both said outside of return window and not much more they can do.

Trent and James from Mastec did an outstanding job installing my 82 inch Samsung TV. The ceiling in my bedroom is a cathedral ceiling and the TV needed to be installed about 15 feet above the floor. Both Trent and James needed to be on their ladders to get high enough to reach the TV mount on the cathedral ceiling. This installation was no easy task! They worked extremely well together and resolved every problem to get my TV hung on that cathedral ceiling. Master is lucky to have as employees. I would highly recommend them.

They came on time, we’re very professional. TV was set up. And made sure we understood how to use the TV and the different remote that we have. They linked it into our previous sound system.

Excellent service! My Best Buy Geek Squad technician arrived promptly and on time. All COVID-19 precautions were taken. He even assisted me in determining the correct position, height and angle of the screen he was mounting to the wall. My tech, Red, was incredibly knowledgeable, humble and friendly. He completed the task at hand in under an hour! He even hooked up EVERY box and dongle to my TV, set up the TV and gave me a tutorial on how to use it and the remote! Incredible service provided. Highly recommended!

Delivery timing was perfect from different Best Buy directions. Geek Squad Max called April 30 to deliver and set up. While still on the phone, FedEx delivered my Best Buy Sony UBP X800M2 4K Blu-ray player. Other Best Buy purchases were Rocketfish full motion wall mount, Terk 4k to 8K flat antenna, and the Sony Bravia XR 55 X90J 4k Blu-ray TV, with TV sign in, internet connection, and more. It was quite an adventure to watch both Max and Rocky setting it all up. Go Best Buy Geek "Greek gods" Squad! Thankful also that my landlord gave me written approval to wall mount the Sony.

I think this is the best value for installation going. Friendly and knowledgeable techs, and great service.
