Tv was 85", with sound bar and wall mount we would have taken hours and no doubt spent a frustrating day working on it. These guys came in & had in all up & working in NO TIME AT ALL, so worth the money to not spend my time trying to measure, drill, wire & sync it all up. Two Thumbs up Geek Squad, great work. Answered all my questions and made sure my streaming was working properly before they left.

Geek squad came to our house to install our new TV and sound bar with the mount I purchased. They were very professional, kept their work space (my living room) clean and put up with my very loud hound dog who was not happy about being in his crate the entire time. I am sure it was very annoying but they didn’t show any negative emotion towards it.

The agents were able to hang both tvs but didn’t have the materials to make both operational. One agent was polite and friendly, I felt the other agent felt put out and annoyed. I really shouldn’t have had to pay for both.

The Geek Squad found the studs, & mounted my new 55 inch TV. This mount offers tilt, up & down & side to side adjustments. It is perfect for my needs. Emily was able to hide the cord in the corner where the 2 walls meet. It's perfect!

The agent installed the TV bracket and affixed the cables so that they are not visible.

The technicians mounted the TV on the wall and confirmed all devices were connected and working properly. They gave us a tutorial on using the remote with the TV, soundbar, cable box and PS3. They vacuumed the dust from the installation and removed all packing materials. When they left the lead technician gave me his card so I could call if I had any questions. I'm very satisfied.

the installers did an amazing job mounting my TV. It was up in no time. They were very professional.

The Geek Squad technicians were not only Professional and Knowledgeable but were very very polite. They were able to install the TV set it an excellent location and went step by step and provided me with the features of the product and how it all worked together with the cable box, antenna and stereo system.
