TV mounting was OK but tech insisted on fiddling with remote and made a mess of settings. I fixed it after I threw him out. Had to make check out to independent contractor, not Geek Squad.

The agent which was a third party agent hung my tv with no problem. However i had my own mount and he immediately looked at it and said it wouldnt work. Though i understand this is what 'they do', its always wise to actually measure to make sure what youre sayings is correct. As it turns out, upon my request to measure and make sure, the mount worked just perfect and my tv was hung with no problems or issues.

TV's are getting so technical now days this was a great decision. They delivered my TV and took over in a good way. Installed my corner wall mount and mounted my 65" Samsung TV. The remote controls were set up for my cable system, The gentleman answered all of our questions about how our new smart TV operated ,then they cleaned up and took the huge box with them. They were great. I definitely will do this when I buy my next TV.

Geek Squad was fantastic! Very fast, efficient, and respectful! Wouldn't change a thing! They mounted my TV exactly where I wanted and gave me suggestions about placement etc. They made sure my TV was setup and calibrated before leaving! Just GREAT all around!

The agents installed the TV via an excellent Wall mount but left me with a minium of instructions to gide my use of the TV and remote. Have been unable to contact Best Buy or Gek Squad to follow up on the installation and set-up. I receive no replies to any question I try to make to them. Very unsatisfactory for amount they charge!

The two guys (Nolan and George) were very professional and did a great job with the install.
