The team who set up our TV over our fireplace were courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. The lead person went out of his way to explain the set up and then show us additional things we can do with our Alexa to control the TV and sound bar. They took great care with our newly finished floors, and removed all of the trash when they were done. I really appreciated your willingness to go above and beyond.

For a long time I wanted to hang my flatscreens on my walls but never found the courage to try as I was afraid I’d run into obstacles behind the walls like electrical lines and such so when I replaced my tv I decided to get it done with the Geek Squad not only was I extremely happy with the outcome but I was impressed with the speed and accuracy they performed this job for me and I learned other things as we spoke about audio equipment and ambient hdmi led lights. Thank you!!!

Very nice couple of guys came over and put it up and no time I trust the quality of their work.

They mounted both TV’s and went through the setup for both. They also help us with our Eero extender’s that we purchased from Best Buy. To make sure we had the best internet coverage throughout the house. This was the third time we have had them install products for us.

I had 2 TVs mounted with one needing the power extension in wall. The guys left no mess, hooked it all up and explained how to use the tv mount. Only took about an hour to mount it all and they were gone! They wore masks the whole time out of respect of COVID19. They also wore booties on their shoes to prevent staining and damage from dirty shoes. Will for sure have them come out again to mount TVs in the future.

The first agents went the extra mile by moving my existing tv upstairs and wall mounting it. However, I realized after they left that I coudn't get my tv antenna channels. I had to call a second person who pointed out that the antenna cable wasn't connected to the tv. The five stars are for the two pairs of installers.
