The agents did a very professional and quick job installing my tv mount.

Installation came in and was done in about an hr. Installed the fireplace wall mount for my 85” in tv and mounted the tv and set up and all. Very professional and took the trash and cleaned up. Very satisfied.

Love my new TV. So sleek and easy to use. Picture is so clear.

The tech was great on mounting the TV and showing us the basics but was not able to get us set up with the cable via wifi. We had to contact the cable company for those instructions. Navigating between apps ended up being a trial and error learning experience.

So I can't install a 75" TV by myself right? Why would I? Best Buy has the expertise. If I do it on my own with help and drop it, I lose. The Geek Squad knows what to do because they do it all day long. It's those tricks one gets to know when you do it 100 times. This was well worth it. In less than an hour we were enjoying our purchase. Thank You, Best Buy.

I needed 3 TVs mounted, 2 were 65" and one was 40". They actually got here a few minutes early, which was great. All 3 were mounted in a short time, but done correctly. Additionally, one set was new and one of the Geek Squad members helped me set it up, which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend using the Geek Squad for TV mounting, even if the TVs were not purchased at Best Buy!

Excellent installation with great Covid protection while in house

This is the sixth home set-up I've arranged through Geek Squad - the first five were great, five stars! This one wasn't great - yes, they plugged in the TV to see that it works, mounted the TV to a table top swivel stand(and they assembled the stand) and set then TV on a cabinet. They attached my DVD player (but didn't actually try it to make sure the hookup was right). They attached a Roku Ultra device that I purchased with the TV but didn't explain to he how to use it really. They didn't show me the ins-and-outs of operating the TV (I still don't know how to get to channel 10). Best Buy phone support said a manual for the TV is only available online. Great. But what's the URL I go to in order to download it? I guess from now on if I arrange for in-home set up I will have to make it very clear that I expect to be shown how to use the equipment.
