The agent did not connect my to to my soundbar I love the to and it’s set ups but still I can’t connect to my tv

Geek squad TV installer are nothing short of profressionals and skillful service agents. They did a beautiful job installing my 65" TV on the wall without leaving a single thing on the floor. They even hid the cables to make it look like an art display. I spent a lot of money on my LG OLED and didn't trust myself mounting it. If anything goes wrong, you're covered by best buy's insurance so at was at complete ease.

The set up was good. .. our problem is the money we spent to have access to GEEK SQUAD had a terrible time getting an answer to what turned out to be a simple solution. Cut off... couldn't understand... no knowledge.... not available today when called local store??:? called about 6-7 times taking 2 1/2 hours to find out how to turn off TALk BACK... UGH MAY NEED TO ASK FOR A REFUND FOR THIS 'GEEK SQUAD'

Good communication calling day before apppoint ment & morning of, friendly and knowledgeable people attended to install TV on bracket. Showed tv set up.

The two Geek Squad members came in- had the product I ordered. Asked a couple of questions and got right to work. They took the time to explain to my husband how surround sound would work, the excellent choice of mount we purchased and were very professional. They practiced COVID19 protocol and even cleaned up the dust from drilling the holes! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My tv was mounted & everything was concerned & working properly.

The Geek Squad unmounted the old TV and mounted the new one. They made sure all of my apps were working properly (Hulu, Netflix, Disney+, etc.) They answered all of my questions and left their contact information in case there were any issues.

They had my TV done in about 40 minutes ! I was very well , please !!! I will use the them again !

You cannot beat letting Best Buy come in and mount your new TVs!!! For the money, the service has been wonderful!
