Alexander from the Geek Squad set up my two LG 43" televisions. He was prompt, courteous, respectful and very much a professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and offered hints regarding the operation of the tv.

They where so friendly, even they gave some advises regarding the TV mount and the TV apps also to get the best of them.

I went into local Best Buy store with alot of questions about a home renovation and was very happy with the help I received. Within a few minutes, Colin Frierson and Patrick Clise explained my options, set an in home appointment. They were prompt in arriving 2 days later and was able to provide all of the options I needed. Very happy with the service.

The tech did an excellent job on installation of my 65” TV. Didn’t take long, looks great!

Agent Jamal Walton Mounted the TV to the wall and hooked up my TV for cable and the DVD player. He showed me how to work the remote and set up my sirius xm icon and arranged the icons by the ones I use the most. Mounting the TV is really a two man job but he did it by himself in a timely manner

Wall mount service was great although we couldn’t place where we wanted.
