    The crew installed the wall mount and tv. They could not connect the tv because my cable provider did not relocate the coax to where i wanted the tv installed. The Geek squad ad crew did not want to relocate the coax cable because they did not want to cut the wall. Told me to hire an electrician. I did and cost was 5x of what it should have been only $50. Therefore, my tv was not connected by the crew to test the setup.

    The agent was outstanding! He arrived on time and put on shoe covers before entering my home. Once in, he went immediately to work removing my old t.v. and installing the new one. He was polite and informative the entire visit. I can't say enough good things about him and his service.
