The Best Buy guy arrived on time with plenty of heads up beforehand. He checked out the situation and worked quickly to install the mount and install the TV on the wall of my living room. He did a very neat and tidy job but I felt like he was under pressure to complete the job and get out the door in too hurried a fashion. He was very courteous and efficient!

Absolutely terrific service. Received a call just prior to appointment and they arrived on time. Made recommendations on height they suggested I mount the TV. They even measured out a couple of different options to show us. Once they began work they were efficient and mindful of all furniture. At the end they gave us a rundown of what they did and how to use the equipment. Cannot say enough good things about the service I received--worth every penny.

Scarlet McCready and her assistant were very professional and helpful. The Samsung 43" TV was installed the way we requested and Ms. McCready completed the setup by insuring that our new Smart TV was cable and internet connected. And she spent additional time showing us how to navigate the TV's features with the remote she programmed for us. Outstanding service from the Geek Squad!

I needed a sturdy bracket to hang my tv over the fireplace. This was perfect and the set up was pretty easy.

The gentleman who came to install the TV and new mounting system did a perfect job, was on time, pleasant, efficient, cleaned up afterward (new mounting holes were needed to be drilled), and thorough in explaining everything to me. I would give him 6-stars if I could.

This could be very helpful for most people. I had some requests while purchasing this with my TV, i asked that Geek squad come do the install they said yes of course, then I asked if I had a wall power kit would they install since this is premium they will run the cables behind the wall, they also said yes. Well the day came the guys show up with the TV I automatically notice there shirts say something other than Geek squad but ok could just be the guys shirt, so I proceeded to let them start opening everything then we reviewed what is to be done and I show them my in wall power kit, he says thats not on the order list and that is an extra cost.... ok so I have the premium mount package you have to cut 2 openings in the wall anyway why can't you install this for me? I'm sorry thats an extra cost he said, so then I proceeded to tell him the 3 people I talked to prior to this said if I ha e the kit you would install it. So that's when I ask him if he is a 3rd party or with the squad and he tells me he is a 3rd party contracted through bestbuy. So I tell them not to worry about it i will take care of it, and i installed the tv on my own while talking to bestbuy about what I was told and what I got. Well they told me why yes it is an extra charged to install the eall power kit not sure why the other 3 bestbuy employees told you they would do it, and we are sorry not sure why the geeknsquad did not come out to mount the TV for but we can reschedule. So long story for... if you are ok with anyone mounting it go for it but be sure you get everything on paper take no ones word for it.

Mounted an 85" TV to our wall quickly, efficiently, and perfectly! Everyone involved went above and beyond what was expected, and went through great lengths to make sure everything was done well, and without leaving any kind of mess. Would hire these pros again without a doubt in a heartbeat! Really took the stress out of setting up our system
