They did a good job hooking up my washer and dryer. And also the crew who mounted my TV, and hooked up my sound system.

The Geek Squad agent mounted my new 55" TV onto the mounting brackets of our TV stand and connected the cable box and Blu Ray player and sound system. There was one thing that he omitted completing when he synced the cable remote with the TV. I had to call for Tech support to take care of that, but otherwise everything was done quickly and well.

Agent was great.. Knowledgeable, polite, on-time, a real pro. Product install was perfect.

As I’ve mentioned in one of my other reviews regarding the set up, it’s a good alternative to having the cables just dangling behind the TV. However, it doesn’t completely hide away their cables as they have to come out of the wall somewhere to connect to the power outlet. I’ve had three TV set up, two of them where the cables were hidden, and one of them where the cable wasn’t hidden. Her geek squad information, the basic installation includes them neatly tying down the cables, but it’s still an eyesore for them to just dangle down the wall. The other two rooms look much better.
