    He did a good job he was nice, but did not know how to program remote. If I paid $200 for this I would have been mad.

    The Geek squad ROCKS! The initial installation was spot on. Justin rocked it. Set failed ~ 2 weeks later. James, from Geek Squad visited to confirm DOA status quickly, recommending replacement. Geek Squad due to replace later this week!

    Glen and Lynden did a great job setting up my new TV. They also connected my blu ray player. Glen was particularly knowledgeable and helpful. This TV is the first android device that I have purchased, and I had many questions. Glen answered each question in detail, often with demonstrations, making sure before leaving that I would have no problems operating my new TV.
