The agents took their time to hold the tv up before it was decided where it was to be mounted.

Terrance is first class and was very careful to ensure it is mounted at the height you prefer and takes great care with his assistant to ensure the TV is carefully mounted. Employees worked with head office regarding mounting using tools supplied by Wall Panel company and quickly adjusted to another method to meet both my expectations and Best Buy’s requirements for safe mounting.

Upgraded from a 9 year old 32 inch TV to a 65" smart TV. The size of the box alone was imposing to me. The two guys who did my install were seasoned pros and had the new set and sound bar mounted and programmed very quickly. When we hit a snag with slow internet connection, they coached me on what to tell the cable company. Then they gave me a quick 'how-to' lesson, and cleared out all the packaging materials. So happy I used Geek Squad.
