both agents that arrived were excellent. they connected all of our devices to the tv and also went above and beyond and mounted our surround sound as well. enjoying our tv and surround sound as i type this! thanks Rashad and i forgot the other gentlemans name.

The agent installed my equipment efficiently and made sure I knew how to use it.

They did a great job installing and setting up the TV along with the soundbar. They set it up showed how to use it and answered any questions I had. Friendly and arrived when they said they would and cleaned up everything.

Cannot say enough about the setup crew. They came in, removed the old TV, brought in the new TV, & discussed the best way to set up our unit. e made a change in the mounting so that the TV could move around more if we decided later, help us decide on things we really didn't need & set up the W-Fy to improve the reception for the best quality. Their professional help was wonderful as well as making sure we understood everything. I am so happy with everything!

We aren't techno-savvy, but he took the time to explain everything to us in terms that we could understand. His partner is very good too. Best Buy must be very proud to have employees like them!
